Simon Harrison

Director/Project Manager
​
Having grown Simon Campbell Construction within the industry over the past six years, with the previous seventeen years on the tools as an LBP Carpenter, Simon is still totally committed to running a small operation that cares about not only the Customer but more importantly the promises we make.
​
Simon looks after the relationship between clients and suppliers and brings Leadership to the team.
​
Simon enjoys sharing his skills with his 5 children and proudly shares their projects with his friends and family.
​

Robbie Governor

Carpenter
​
Robbie is another original having joined the team in 2014.
​
Robbie has worked along side Simon for almost 12 years as both having working together for previous companies over this period.
Robbie has a keen eye for detail and takes great pride that every job is finished with the high quality our clients have become to know and love SCC for.
​
Robbie is a real family man who loves to travel around NZ in his camper van.
Mike Gold

Site Manager/Project Manager
​
Simon Campbell Construction's first ever apprentice. Mike has been a part of the team since we were founded in 2014.
​
Mike is now Site Manager, responsible for supervising most sites and running the construction projects.
​
Mike commits his spare time to his family, home renovations and playing for the Burnside Rugby Team.

Will Hobbs

​
Will joined the crew in 2017.
Will is a great all rounder with skills across all levels of carpentry.
​
Will brings a great sense of humor to the team.
​
Fun fact about Will, he enjoys collecting stamps and spending time with his Son.
Dylan Lawrence

Carpenter
​
Dylan one of the latest Carpenter to join the team.
Dylan started with Simon Campbell Construction in just 2019 but he has been privileged to serve as an apprentice for the same builder Simon our Director/Project Manager did all those years ago.
​
Dylan demonstrates the same passion and values as Simon making him a great fit.
Dylan built a one person wooden Kayak and can be often spotted Kayaking in our very own River Avon at the weekends.

Paul Dennehy

Carpenter
​
Paul joined the crew at Simon Campbell Construction in 2018 however he is no stranger to Simon or Bruce (now retired).
Paul served his apprenticeship under the careful eye of Bruce 40 years ago. Paul is very much an old school Carpenter who likes to show off his skill set to the younger generation.
​
Paul is a keen family man and enjoys having a beer with his Son Troy, who is also a builder.
Donny Hutton

Donny is now in his second year apprentice with Simon Campbell Construction. He is a great asset to the crew and is well on his way to being qualified.
​
Donny demonstrates great leadership qualities and shows potential to become a project leader in the future.
​
Donny met Simon through their shared passion for Dodgeball. Donny captains the NZ Team and Simon is now their coach. Donny's leadership skills are demonstrated through his building work.
Shane

Hammer-hand/Apprentice
​
Shane is also one of the newer members to the SCC crew joining in late 2019.
Shane has molded in with the rest of the team and brings laughter and a sense of humor each day.
​
Shane has demonstrated his ability to learn and get's Simon's tick of approval which his desire to bring his best every day.
​
Shane is a real people person and enjoys, but often recluses himself exploring NZ's natural beauty and bush.
Cheryl Scanlan

Bookkeeper and office administration
​
Cheryl has been working with Simon and the team for 4 years now and is responsible for all Bookkeeping and Administration.
​
Cheryl has a passion for Yoga and Pilates and has a desire to open a vegan based yoga cafe.
